All requests will be need to have electronic approval prior to the request being placed on the agenda. Requesting coach is required to be a the meeting in which the topic will be discussed.
Step 1. Upload completed form and additional documents to Athletic Director for approval.
Step 2. Athletic Director emails approved/denied grant request form to Boosters President at dcv226@gmail.com prior to General meeting
Step 3. Processed forms will be submitted to Treasurer and Secretary
